    • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and payroll systems to manage employee data and compensation efficiently.

Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in employee relations or engagement.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance requirements.

  • Experience managing HRIS and payroll systems.

  • Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive issues with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Fluency in English both written and speaking
